			<description><![CDATA[I pray for comfort, memories and shared laughter for Petie's family and friends. 

Petie was a friend to many of us, I estimate about 250,000 friends at least during her lifetime.  I believe God gave her a special gift to help and comfort His People.

On Friday August 11th the Door to God's House was open and the Light was on and Petie was welcomed Home.

			<description><![CDATA[I've known Petie for nearly 25 years, since Milton became the Chaplain at APD.  For years (after Milton passed) I would periodically drop by and visit with Petie in Leizure Manor, but I lost track of her when she moved.  About 5 months ago I was glad to have found her over in Hoquiam, and I've enjoyed a number of visits with her since.  She was a great lady, I am glad to have known as a friend.  I will miss her kind spirit, but I'm glad she has been called home to be with Milton (whom she loved and missed dearly).  To her family, I am sorry for your loss.  It has been my pleasure to know Petie.  She has kinda been like my impromptu 'grandma', since both of my natural grandmas passed many years ago.  Even at 92 years old she was a fun gal to talk with.
