She liked nature, being with her family and  especially having fun a lot and humor. This shows in all of her children and grandchildren and even great grandchildren who continued to give this back to her when she could no longer give it to them.

Sometimes I would go to bingo with her good friend (and my dear mother-in-law) Helen Reibel. I would watch in awe as Helen would focus on over 12 bingo cards at once….then I would look over at Olga and she would have even more, and never missed a number.

She was really “sharp”. Nothing got by her without notice. She wasn’t afraid to give her thoughts about something, but she didn’t judge others for having their own opinions.

Going to picnics at her house was always lively…..all of the smells of the farm…the sights of the old farm equipment…imaging what it must have been like  years ago. I especially liked hear Olga and Ted and their neighbors talk about the old times. She always made those that came feel welcome.

I know that who she was will live on in her family who took such good care of her needs when she needed them to be there for her in her later years.
