I have many wonderfule memories of time spent with Sue during my life. She was so much fun to be around, always laughing and enjoying life.

One of my earliest memories was when my brother was teaching her to drive a tractor (which ended in disaster for my sister who was thrown off the back of the tractor while Sue was learning to use the clutch.)

Memories of when each one of her kids were born, she was a wonderful loving mother and was so proud of all of them. I was 12 when David was born, but had to pretend to be 14 so that I could go into the hospital to visit her.

Memories of all of the holidays and summers spent together while I was growing up and until she moved to Washington in 1977 to be closer to her Mom.

Memories of how she was always helping someone. One of the last times she came to visit us she spent most of her time building a deck for my sister.

I wish I could be there for the celebration of her life. I pray God's peace for Danita, David, Danny, Pat and Scott and all of her grandchildren. May all of your memories of your Mom bring you comfort.

Sue and Ed were friends to our whole family. They built a ramp for Walter! She was always so loving and kind. I never heard her say an unkind word. She loved her family and was especially proud of her grandchildren. She was humble and counted her blessings every day. I am proud to have been her friend and will miss her very much.

What can I say about mom, she was a caring person that put us kids first no matter the burden or cost to her.she was definitly a giver in this world.she wasn't afraid of taking on a new challenge whether it be a move across the state,country or a remodel project, she was a can do person. she always had a smile for me and a hug to show how much my visits ment to her. She loved it when the family would get together we would play football,backyard baseball ,later on mom was forced to just sit and be the referee for the close calls but she was still part of the games cheering us on. I enjoyed growing up.with mom we did.things as a family our almost weekly trips to the lake. Camping up in Yelm at the lot. are just a few things we did.

when mom was still getting around it wasn't uncommon for her to pop over to our house just intime to sitdown to dinner with us. We would tease her about smelling debs cooking all the way over at her house. I always welcomed the visits.

Mom even on oxygen would come over and mow our yard on the riding mower when we were out of town. being on oxygen didn't slow her down much. If I was going under her house to work on something she would want to come along and help. That's the kind of person she was always willing to rollup her sleeves and help out.

mom I love you and will miss you daily..

I worked with Sue for many years at Elmer's Restaurant in Hillsboro, Oregon. She was a very dear friend and will be greatly missed by all of us. I am proud to have known her and called her my friend. Fondly, Janet & Gary Mac Kendrick

I first met Sue when I was dating Danny. We all got together at a HUGE BBQ in her backyard where all of the family was gathered. What a fun time we had, and she made me feel welcome and accepted into the family. Throughout the years of family gatherings, she LOVED when all of her kids could get together. The more the merrier is a saying that comes to mind for her. She just simply loved being with others, and I think that's why she enjoyed her job as a waitress, senior companion, and as a pizza delivery person...even while on oxygen! She loved going to "Washaway Beach" with us and loved going to Ben's Chinese Food Restaurant out at Ocean Shores. Her smile is what I'll miss the most. She was just a joy to be with. My heartfelt condolences go to the many family members, especially to her children, Danita, Dave, Danny, Pat and Scott. She was so proud of each one of you and loved you all so very much.

I am so sad to hear sue passed on. I haven't seen her for years but I remember her as a wonderful lady. My condolences to her family.
