Jeff you will and have been missed. Wow I have no doubt you took advantage of every Divine appointment while at the hospital and all those around you are better off from your presence. As my eldest son said, “Jeff was never heard complaining and was such a giver! What a mansion God has prepared for him”! I so wanted to see Jeff walk out of the hospital in a brand NEW body and I guess he did but in Heaven, Can you imagine Jeff running leaping, laughing and worshipping the Lord. I can see him becoming so excited at meeting others in heaven. He will be missed by many including our children at the River. He was such a dedicated intercessor and always supporting and speaking life into others. It was a blessing ministering next to Jeff! To Jeff’s family thank you for the opportunity to know him and may you each be blessed with Jeff’s memories! It is exciting to know we will see him again.

I met Jeff up at Grays Harbor College,I don't remember what class. There was a group of us, Ruth Hensley,myself, Nora Reino. We would all hang around together, ususally at Nora's house. I remember one time we all dressed up as the A-TEAM, Jeff was Hannibal,Ruth as HM Murdock,Nora as Private Bunny and myself as BA Barracks. We went to a Halloween dance at the college, that was a blast!!!!!! One time we all met at Nora's house for my birthday, Jeff gave me a blanket and a bottle of Chocolate Mint Schnapps. I still have that bottle unopened. I think now I shall open it and toast my good friend Jeff!!! He was an awesome guy and a great friend!!! He will be missed alot!!!! He is now in a better place, no more worries or hurts!!! Goodbye old friend!!!!

I remember many years ago when Jeffrey visited me at the store with his friend. Two things that opened our conversation about our faith. Jeffrey had a Promise Keeper cap on plus he was wearing a cross. From that moment whenever he visit me at the store we always had a little fellowship. At times I've seen him at other places. I know Jeffrey loves Jesus and he can be a good friend to others. Several years ago I had to see him for counseling. From that I noticed Jeffrey is a good listener. Sorry to see him go at such a young age and he will be missed by his relatives and friends. But one thing for sure, Jeffrey is in Heaven. And for that..Praise the Lord! May God comforts those who experience this loss. But hopefully will turn mourning into dancing.

When we first met in the mid 80's Jeff was a Speial Olympics coach for The Kimberly Group Home and I was a Special Olymics coach for H.A.L.A. Later Jeff and I worked at Karios Detox and Recovery House in Hoquaim - we worked with people with drinking probems. Jeff loved going on long rides and sightseeing. Alot of our trips we went we had no ideal where we would end up at. THAT WAS THE FUN PART OF IT. Almost each Saturday I would take Jeff to the Family Book store in Olympia and he would buy things there (most was gifts for his friends). We would have lunch or dinner together and sometimes both - have a long ride togther. Jeff loved going to concerts (Together we got to see: Michael W. Smith - Amy Grant - Carman - Petra - MercyMe - Mark Lowery - Third Day - Alabama - Chicago - Moody Blues - The Monkees - Neil Diamond and many more. We had a lot of fun together. Jeff help us to do home kidney dialysis (Peritoneal)for our son Cody. Jeff was a very giving person - I see him give alot to his friends and also to me. I remember one time I was rushing Jeff to the hospital - he was in great pain - even in great pain Jeff looked at me and said: John -I would like to get to the hospital ALIVE) - I was do over 100 at the time. Remember one time on my Jeff got me a HUGE baby bottle filled with gifts amd a package of diapers for my birthday. I could say many things about my best friend Jeff - it would take a book. I have had a lot of other friends in my life - Jeff was number one. I Will Miss Him Alot - But I Know He Is NOT In Pain Anymore - He Is With Jesus. I was extremely saddened to hear of Jeff's passing. I have known Jeff since we were in 1st grade at McDermoth Elementary. He was the student that I always tried to keep up with, he was an amazing speller and had the best penmanship in our entire class:) But more than that, he was one of the kindest, most gentle people I have ever known. I will miss seeing him and being able to say hello when we would come across each other. My deepest condolences to Jerry, Kris and the rest of his family.
